2. Pricing
Pricing for Packs and products is fixed and displayed on the site in USD ($). The price covers the creation, support, and packaging.
3.Payment
Full payment is required upon order for all Packs and Personalized Items.
4. Shipping, Duties, and Customs (Protection Clauses)
Shipping Fees
Shipping is included in the price shown only for Metropolitan France.
For all other destinations (International), shipping fees are calculated based on destination and weight and are added to the total amount at checkout.
Customs and Import Duties (DDU Clause)
All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer (Client) and are not included in the total price displayed on the website. The Seller is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Right of Cancellation and Warranty
Exclusion of Right of Cancellation (Mandatory Clause)
In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of cancellation (withdrawal) cannot be exercised for goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Consequently, all orders are final, except in case of proven defect.
Warranty
The Client benefits from legal warranties against hidden defects. Minor variations due to the artisanal nature of the creations do not constitute a defect.
5. Disputes and Mediation
Obligation of Prior Contact (Legal Defense)
The Client agrees to send a prior written complaint to the Seller (contact@edpunezpicco.com) to attempt an amicable resolution before resorting to mediation.
Consumer Mediation
The Client has the right to utilize a certified Consumer Mediator free of charge if the prior attempt at resolution fails.

6. Intellectual Property (IP) and Usage
The Artist retains full copyright. The Client acquires the right to use the artwork for strictly personal, non-commercial purposes only (decoration, gifting). Any commercial use is strictly prohibited without a prior written license agreement.
