How does the portrait ordering process work?

You choose your Pack (Originality, Love, Incarnation), complete payment, and send the photo and emotional brief. We validate the image quality, proceed with creation, and send a final visual proof before printing.

Do you use AI or graphic software for the final artwork?

Absolutely not. Every piece is genuinely hand-drawn on paper with traditional materials. My commitment is to human authenticity and craftsmanship. 

What are the requirements for the reference photo?

Photos must be high-quality, clear, and well-lit. The better the photo, the more accurately the portrait will capture the subject’s emotion.

Can I request a refund or return a personalized item?

No. In accordance with consumer law for custom-made goods, I do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

Are shipping costs included in the price?

Shipping is included in the fixed price for orders within Metropolitan France. For international destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout to ensure fair pricing.

What are your ethical and eco-responsible commitments?

I prioritize certified materials (FSC Wood, Organic Cotton) and partner with local printers to ensure a short supply chain and minimal environmental impact.

What are my rights regarding copyright?

You acquire the right for strictly personal use (decorating, gifting). Any commercial use, reproduction for sale, or modification is prohibited without a separate license agreement.Protects intellectual property.
